Stainless Steel Shot

Thanks everyone for your input on polishing tumblers. I bought a small
vibrating tumbler at a gun shop last week. Now my question is:

Have any resources for buying a small quanity of stainless steel shot?
Indian Jewelers Supply sells it for $12 a pound. My other sources require
bulk purchases. Also, I do not know how many pounds I need. I would guess
my tumbler to be about a three quart capacity.

Glad you got the machine…The shot will probably not get much better of
a deal and I use about 3 pounds in a small Gyroc.It really depends on
how much jewelry you intend to tumble at a time…Gavin
