I am in the process of building a set of sterling silver flatware
and would like to use stainless steel blades for the table knives.
Does anyone know such blades can be purchased?

To Mitch, I have had stainless steel blades put on some of my
sterling silver knives by the Replacements company that sells and
repairs estate purchased goods. This company did an outstanding job.
