Square wire question

Hi John -

Frustrating isn’t it? I have wasted so much square wire trying to
get a coil that’s all straight I don’t even want to think about it.
You’d think that using a jump ringer would help the situation, because
the wire gets held in position before turning on the mandrel. The
only thing I can suggest is using shorter pieces of wire and making
smaller coils. And try to make sure that your wire is as straight as
possible. I usually end up stopping every few turns to twist the wire
back a bit with my square pliers.

HTH!
