Hi Lee,
No, the Speed Brite cleaners do not work the same as the ultrasonic.
Ultrasonic “Cleaner” cleans the item, it does not remove the patina.
Speed “Brite” removes the patina that has formed on the metal over
time, but it does not thoroughly “clean” the jewelry.
The best thing about the speedbrit though is that you can put
delicate stones into them such as pearls, opals, turquoise coral
etc…stones that would NEVER go into an ultrasonic cleaner.

speed Brite to keep our jewelry looking new and fresh.
