Speaking of water torches

Hydroflux welders will never produce a big flame, they are more
suited for precision work and daily soldering tasks. You need only a
really hot flame for platinum group metals. I would advise checking
out the spirflame torch over the hydroflux welder- I own the
hydrofluxes (2) and the spirflame, had it been in existence when i
bought these would have been the hands down choice- for reasons from
dual generating cells ( hydrogen) to excellent customer support and
service that are flat out unavailable from the hydroflux welder- the
torch is a branded other manufacturer’s torch that can be had cheaper
directly from the manuf. In fact i would, if you are truly interested
in a water torch for legal or code related reasons, recommend your
not purchasing a hydroflux welder. rer
