South Florida Gem and Mineral Activity

Realize Orchidians are scattered all around the globe, but all are
invited nonetheless to the non-profit Florida Gold Coast Gem and
Mineral Society’s big rock and mineral sale taking place Saturday
and Sunday, 27 and 28 April. The sale will be at the South Florida
Museum of Natural History, 481 South Federal Hwy, Dania Beach from
12:00 Noon until 5:00PM. Soft drinks and snacks will be provided.
We have about 20 tons of uncut rough, slabs of all sizes, tumble
material, tumbled and lapped stones, and limited tools for sale.
Dozens of kinds of jaspers, agates, many kinds of obsidian,
petrified coral, jade, petrified wood, etc., at good prices.
Checks, cash and carry only. This material is ‘old stock’…most
having been collected 25 to 30 years ago and recently donated to the
Museum and the Society. Great opportunity so don’t miss it. For
further call Don at 954 578-9005 or email.

Cheers from Don at the Charles Belle Studio in SOFL where simple
elegance IS fine jewelry!
