[Source] Rubber Strips

Hi All,

I’m looking for a source for rubber that can be used in making
jewelry. I’m especially in need of strips that could be used in
bracelets. I’ve searched everywhere, but obviously, not the right
place. Has anyone seen it without already being made up into the
final product. Thanks for reading this.

If you know your size and dimensions you could contact a rubber
products supplier and see what they have. I have done that for things
I wanted to incorporate in jewelry. I found some rubber o-rings I
wanted for a project at a local supplier in my town and they were
happy to sell to me. After all a sale is a sale I guess. I would
search the thing you want and see what pops up on the net.

It depends on the type of rubber, and shape. MJ Trends is one
supplier that sells latex sheeting for clothing, for example. You
can see some of the latex sheet they sell heRe:

I am not a jewler…more of a tinkerer I use them all of the
time…great company.

You might look at the “Soft Glass” tubing that Polymer Clay Express
has, to see if that will work for what you are doing.

Hi Mary,

I would recommend marcorubber.com and the Buna-N quality.

All the best,
