we have a soft not sure if it is plastic r rubber hollow mandrel.
it has severl different country sizes on it. the nice thing about it
is with square rings or oval rings you slide it on till it fills all
spaces on ring and get a true size. cant find one, we would like
about 4 of them if anybody that has em
