[Source] Round white moonstones

Hello Ochidians near and far,

Any suggestions for a source of round, low-dome white moonstone cabs,
14mm and/or 16mm dia? I had a small supply of Asian (Indian?) stones
that have served me well but I’ve just about run out. I’m interested
in a parcel, say 10-20 stones.

Hello, Boston Gems and Findings in Boston MA. They have absolutely
the best blue moonstones I have ever seen. I saw their stuff again at
Tucson this year. WOW. Their number is 800-225-2436. I didn’t buy
anything because I don’t use Moonstones anymore, so am uncertain as
to sizes available.

I got some very tasty cabs - moonstone, labradorite, and aquamarine -
from this vendor at the Holidome in Tucson; I also thought his
pricing was extremely reasonable and the quality was very good:

Thanks for the suggestion but I think you probably meant
colored-stone.com. If you drop the dash, coloredstone.com, you get
one of those useless “search” pages.

And, fwiw, colored-stone.com one has one listing for moonstones and
that place doesn’t even have a website.
