I ordered a large Pepe disc cutter from Rio in early June. It has
been on back order since then. Today I got a call from Rio telling me
that the back order was being cancelled because they were no longer
able to get the product. Is there anyone on this forum that knows
where I might be able to get one? Thanks for the help.

To all of you who answered my plea for the Pepe disk cutter- There
is not a cutter anywhere that I can find. I checked every Pepe
supplier on the internet. The size I want is listed as out of stock
everywhere. I wonder if they are not being made anymore. The German
and French cutters are very expensive so I will not be getting a disk
cutter.

Used right this should work fine, but I would call and check on hole
sizes. Progress tools has what looks like same thing, old catalogue
has same price as Stachuras, it lists hole size up to one inch,
Stachura says 16 mm, 3/4 inch.

The Stuller part number for this item is 25-0453. For some odd
reason it is in a non-orderable state. It is being fixed. We do have
6 units in stock. Thanks for letting us know that it shows out of
stock. Check the web later today and hopefully by then it should be
fixed. If you have any trouble call or e-mail me and I will override
the system.

Hi, Andy,

I still cannot get this exact item to appear at all-- the search
function says there is no such. Under “disc cutters”, there are
three Pepes listed but different numbers and all still listed as out
of stock.

A huge thanks to all who helped me find my Pepe disc cutter. I tried
every lead I was given and one worked out. It came today and tomorrow
my first task is to read the directions and cut some sterling disks.
The dapping set is on backorder for two weeks however. I ordered
mine from Silver Source. A gal named Shawna helped me. I did have to
pay more than the one was listed for in Rio catalog.
