[Source] Mouth blow torch

I am from Cuba and I’ve been working with jewelery for many years. The
mouth blow torch was my primary soldering torch and I really liked
working with it.

I am in the jewelery industry now and I am in the process of
starting my own business soon, however, I want to use the mouth blow
torch again and I cannot find one. I’ve been to numerous websites
and I have not had any luck. So I wonder if maybe someone at this
site can give me a few ideas of places to look for this particular
torch. If anyone can help me, please let me know.

Frei and Borel sell a mouth blow torch.

Marcos,

Try Otto Frei in Oakland. They sell a torch that can be operated
with either a blowpipe or a foot bellows. I think Karl Fischer has
mouth blow torches, too, but you’d have to deal with international
purchasing from Germany. Both vendors can be googled for their
websites. I think Frei is www.ottofrei.com.

Marcos,

I have been a member of this Forum for a few months now and I only
have read the Great comments about various metal related issues. I
thank all of you folk for helping me learn through this medium.

Anyway Marcos, I don’t know much about the mouth torch but I use
foot bellow torches from Peru and I love them! I used to use
Acetylene but I prefer the multi adjustable flame that I can achieve
with these hand made torches. I assume that they are very similar to
the mouth torch. Contact me if you are interested in a foot bellows
torch that will run off gasoline.
