Does anyone know of a supplier of jadeite jade? I have a client who
purchased a ring several years ago in China and has since lost the
piece of jade. It is an 11 x 9 mm oval cabochan cut. It was a strong
coloured green with consistent colour. Any advice much appreciated,

Boston Gems and Finiding in Boston MA just got a few nice pieces in.
I can’t remember if they are as big as what you are looking for but
the color was very nice. So was the price (nice meaning not cheap).

have had great success with a company out of Hawaii (Sultan Co.) who
are currently selling off ALOT of jade and jadite cabs. Their ad ran
in Lapidary Journal in the spring (forgive me for not having their
number with me!) Ask for ext. 515 Vikki Pinnichia and she will send
you a list, it is extensive. Be warned that there are zillions of
colors of jadite (it is my passion) so may be best to send her the
