Source for tourmaline beads?

Hi all. I’m trying to track down really fine quality tourmaline
beads, around 7 1/2 to 8mm. The ones I have seen are murky, very
included or blackish. Does anyone have any suggestions for a
source. I’m in NY, but mail order would be fine too (as long as
there are liberal return policies :wink: ).

Rita, High quality tourmaline is facetable and a gem that was 7
to 8 mm in diameter would be worth too much to make into a bead.
Low quality stones only would be made into beads. In Maine right
now high quality gem tourmaline is going from $75 to $100 a
