Hello friends,
I’m looking for a very fine half-round diamond needle file to be
used to file serrations in a stainless dinner knife blade to make it
into a steak knife. Any recommendations?

such an item is usually sold at places that sell Lansky knife
sharpening kits… gun shows, etc. I purchased one there. Mine is
totally round though. not that it matters as far as i can see.

Why do you want diamond rather than steel? I have always found steel
files best for metal.
