[Source] Can't find a setting

Has anyone see a setting like this? I looked on Stuller, and Rio but
they don’t have anything like this…

Stuller does carry the setting and shank you have to put it
together.

Hi Craig, Sometimes it is easier to adapt a setting that is readily
available than to spend a lot of time searching for something that
may not be for sale. In this case, find a setting with 4 wide prongs
and saw a line vertically on each prong, converting the setting to
one with 8 prongs. I would do this after setting the stone, but
that’s up to you.
