[Source] Black coral

Greetings I am new to this group …was a member 3 years ago. I am a
sculptor and I work in bronze and precious metals…I am in need of a
source for black coral. I understand there are two types and I am
looking for the kind that washes up on the shores of the Florida
coast. I would be interested in talking with anyone on how to use
this material…and the best ways to work with it. I thank you for
your time and am excited to be a part of this great group. thanks
Maureen ( Mo)

Welcome back Mo! There were a series of “how to” articles printed in
Lapidary Journal within the past few years, describing different
ways to work this particular black coral. At their website
http://www.lapidaryjournal.com/ they now have an index to recent
articles which covers several years, and you can find the articles
that way.
