[Source] Annodized aluminum disks

Hello everyone, I am wondering if anyone can suggest a source
(other than Metalliferous) for purchasing pre-cut disks and other
shapes in annodized aluminum. I have been ordering from
Metalliferous for the past few years but have recently had too many
bad experiences with that Company. They have a very bad attitude
toward small customers and I am tired of putting up with it. I have
had more than one run in with their owner who is very non-customer
oriented and I would be curious to know if anyone else has
encountered similar experience with this company. Would greatly
appreciate if someone could turn me on to a new source. Small
customer or not, I do have some pride and do not want to continue to
give them my “small” business.

Yes! It’s rare that I hang up pissed-off from speaking with a
potential vendor, but they pulled it off. I couldn’t believe the
attitude of the “customer service” person. I wanted to know the
inside diameter of some tubing, and their specification was outside
diameter and wall thickness. The “helpful” representative curtly told
me to figure it out myself! I probably could have done so pretty
easily, but with that kind of response, I decided not to.

I sent email to the company to make them aware of the situation and
never got a reply. Its a shame they spend so much money on marketing
to blow it when the potential new customer calls. There are too many
helpful vendors out there, with good customer service, for me to put
up with that!

Sorry, I don’t have an alteranate source for you though… I don’t
use anodized aluminum.
