I’m trying to find a supplier for 2.5mm round brown leather thong.
I’ve spent ages trawling the net and can’t find anything but black or
natural. 2mm is too fine for the commission I’ve got. 2.5mm round
seems to be a rare thing. I guess 3mm might do if there really isn’t
any 2.5mm out there.
It’s really frustrating as some years ago I had some but used it all
and I can’t remember who the supplier was. You can see the stuff I
used for ‘Monsa’s Bracelet’ on my website. I can’t do much on the
commission until I know exactly what I’ll be using for the thong.
Can anyone give me a link to a supplier for this please?
Try searching leather treadle belts and leather drive belts. There
are a few sizes made for antique sewing machines and lathes. Belts
may be a little better search criteria then thongs. Although not as
much fun…
