No worries on my end! I didn’t think that Pepe was selling a counterfeit Little Torch, but I had to make sure. David Aizenman is great guy who is super passionate about his company. But if your question is about whether folks in the forum like the Little Torch or not, there’s many threads on that topic.

Personally, I like the Little Torch and its tips as they are, but a lot of folks in the forum like to change out the Little torch tips to either ImpGem tips or Paige tips.

When you have a well designed, but unpatented, premium-priced product that is easily copied and sold for much less, you are going to tend to get paranoid about knock-offs and cheap competition if your economic survival depends on your limited line of products. It’s just in the nature of the case. The only remedy is more new products and ceaseless innovation and torch tips are a difficult product to continually improve. There’s only so much you can do with one, I guess. -royjohn
