I am new to making silver rings. Just want help on adding twisted wire, or leaves to your rings. Can anyone please help me.

There are lots of video and instructionals here on the Orchid site.
Sweat soldering the main piece, then placing the wire or leaves on the surface. Best practice is to heat from underneath to solder and then form the ring or bangle.
