Can anyone please tell me where/how to contact the manufacturers of
Sierra Kilns directly? I have sent numerous emails via their
website (it indicates that the emails are being routed to their
technical info dept.) but have heard nothing over the period of many
months. Attempts to 1-800 phone failed also. I wish to
buy the Sierra Model 450 burnout oven, and want to know if they sell
directly or if I have to go through a distributor. I am also
seeking feedback from other Orchidians about which model is best for
