Well, I’m far to ADD to read the whole thing but, it seems like an
attempt to copywrite art which seems to me silly. The fluid nature
of designing precludes me from wanting to spend the time not only
reading such laws but enforcing anything I would have copywritten.
Maybe that is not smart but most of the time that is my reality.
I don’t understand, for instance, how a top designer can copywrite
the twisted cable look since it is several thousand years old. I
also don’t trust the courts to decide originality. So I say nay to
this law until I make a pile of money and feel like I have something
to protect, then I’m all for it.
