I have a client who wants to set a 1 carat diamond in 22ct gold for a
ring. Most likely in a rub over setting or an invisible setting. I
haven’t used 22ct before, and was wondering whether the stone should
be set in 18ct with a 22ct band. Would the colour difference be
noticeable?
