Selecting a vacuum casting machine

Hi all on orchid,

I hope you had a good veterans day. I’m new to the orchid list. And I
have an equipment question that I am having treble figuring out.

Currently I’m in the process of deciding what vacuum casting machine
I should get. I know there are many different brands and stiles out
in the industry today. In the past when I was learning how to vacuum
casting. I only used “Pro-Craft Pro-Cast”. I found two that comes
close to the “Pro-Craft Pro-Cast” but not exactly like it. First
"PRO-CRAFT Vacuum Machine" and the seconded one is “KAYA Casting
Vacuum Machine - professional casting system”. I was wondering if you
might have any input on which machine/brand would be better.

Hi Chapin,

I would love to see the images of the caster you learned on! I have
"inherited" and old one and I am trying to figure out what to do with
it. It is a Swest Vac-U-Cast with 2 tables. I understand the company
was bought out, but I don’t know the details.
