Fox Fine Jewelry is looking for a part time or full time jeweler
with a solid and consistent track record, and prior employer or
industry references.
General jewelry repairs for a retail jewelry store that specializes
in repair and custom design. You will be working under the direction
of a master jeweler with 40 years of experience. We work in gold,
platinum and silver, have a laser welder, and use Matrix for our
custom design. We are family owned, and has been voted best jeweler,
year after year. Our store is located in the city of Ventura, about
an hour from Los Angeles.
Skills needed: 1. Ring Sizing 2. Retipping 3. Chain repair 4.
Polishing castings 5. Stone setting: prong, pave, bezel and channel
(invisible a plus) 6. Basic and/or intermediate fabrication 7. Laser
welding 8. Matrix experience a plus
We offer the opportunity to work and train with a master jeweler,
vacation/sick pay, and retirement.
Any other higher level jewelry skills are a plus.
