I am currently seeking a consultant to help advise our Casting Department on best practices, troubleshooting, and strategies for improvement.
We are a medium sized jewelry manufacturer located in the Gulf Coast region of the US. We produce on average 40,000 castings a year in silver, bronze, and 14K. All mold cutting, wax injecting, and casting is performed in-house. We use a Neutec induction casting machine and utilize vibratory tumblers for post-casting cleanup.
Currently, we believe are current biggest challenge is in our wax quality, but we can benefit from improvements in all areas.
We would prefer someone with both wax and casting experience, but are open to any and all suggestions. If anyone has any recommendations for consultants, please feel free to share.
