Bummer!!! I didn’t know scotch stones were no being made
anymore. I have been using them for years and still have a couple
lying around and no they are not for sale. I use them in water as
a lubricant so they don’t load up. They are soft enough so you
can shape them with a file to reach difficult areas to sand. The
best thing about them is they are hard enough to create a flat
sanding service so they don’t leave any ripples. I have only
found one grit and it seem to be about 600/800. I guess i should
begin to search for more NOW! Frank
