Round illusion setting (solitaire look)

Hello im wondering if anyone can direct me on how to do, or where to
find on round illusion setting (solitaire look), a friend
and customer asked me if I can make his fiance something like it,
Ive never done pave and it seems to be similar any guidance would be
of much help, thanks a lot !

Illusion swings are just prong settings bet they have a metal plate
under the stone that makes it look bigger, hence the illusion. Sink
a proper size burr into it and set the stone with pliers. Can get
those settings at any supplier
