Rolex appraisals

I am looking for accurate on Rolex appraisals, i.e.
how to put a value on used Rolexes Can someone out there provide
me with a source?

SteveD. I know a guy out of Sacramento, His busninn name is “the
exchange” and he sells alot of used rolex, If he cant give you
the info you are looking for, he can tell you who can. His name

Hi Steve, Actually, Rolex requires that for an accurate appraisal
that you send it to their headquarters (NY or Dallas) and have
one of their “certified appraisers” do the job. Unfortunatly
because of all the rules and regulations that Rolex has, this is
the only way to have a legally solid appraisal…oh, and it aint
cheap…I dont remember the exact amount but I’m thinking that
it’s somewhere around $150. Not to mention that Rolex will not
touch a watch unless they bring the whole thing up to their
standards…so, that could easily mean an additional $200-$500
dollars in repair and refurbashing Susan

Actually, you can call rolex directly, fax them a photo and they
will help you. That is how I have done all of my appraisals on
Rolex watches. They were more than helpful and even gave current
replacement style numbers. I got the phone number from the JCk
directory.
