G'day; I have to thank everyone who wrote about Will Rogers, and now I really really really know.
G’day again: (Subject line sounds like a musical, don’t it?) I
also have to thank all those kind orchidists who asked after my
new knee. Well, it is doing very well really. A bit of infection
got into it last week, but a course of antibiotics and some
Povidone iodine has fixed it. I have been taking my crutches for a
stroll, parading up and down our quiet road three times a day
instead of having professional physiotherapy. Just a little bit
further and a tiny bit faster each day, and things are coming
right - though I am still on pain killers and don’t need
reminding when to take them! I am now able to drive and that
has made a big difference to our lifestyle - not only can we
leave our village but I can go walkies in different places. I
also popped the right question 52 years ago; I asked her to marry
me! Aren’t I lucky? Cheers,
