I have been a studio jeweler specializing in custom design since 1981.
I work in fabrication, granulation, wax design, casting, enamels and fusing.
I am a certified Argentium instructor, and am currently teaching on Maui, HI.
I started my career as an apprentice to a goldsmith in 1981. I furthered my studies while living in San Francisco at GIA, SF City College, Revere Academy, various workshops, and JSI.
My inspirations are many, but ancient gold from the Thracians. The works of Lalique, Faberge and Tiffany in exhibitions I have attended. Beauty in nature, and of working with gems and metals from our planet.
I fell under the spell of fusing in the 1990's, and get lost in the process and beauty of melding metals.
