I keep my future purchases from Rio Grand in a wishlist until I reach $250. That is the minimum for free shipping if you have a wholesale account. I just placed an order that was over $250, but apparently a couple ounces over 10 lbs. and I was charged shipping. Am I the only person with a Rio Grand wholesale account who didn’t know about the 10 lb. limit? Just asking…Rob

Once bitten. Now I always check shipping options before I check out. I’ll also break up orders over 10lbs, if I don’t need them quickly, as it’s less expensive to ship multiple packages.

After 4 decades of purchasing from Rio Grande, their 3rd party web security has banned me from accessing their website. This occurred approximately 2 weeks after a successful web purchase
Rio employees are unable to explain or remedy. Plenty of options besides Rio out there.
