Just want to let Orchidians coming to Tucson know that I will be
signing books next weekend at Rio Grande’s Catalog in Motion. Their
exhibit occupies the Tucson East Hilton, 7600 E. Broadway. I will be
there saying hello to friends old and new, and signing books on
Saturday and Sunday, Feb 5-6, from 10 am to noon. I will have copies
of my two new books, Ring Repair and The Art of Jewelry Making, as
well as Professional Goldsmithing. By the way, if you have not
attended Rio’s exhibit, it is an entire show in itself; jam packed
with product demos, sales, presentations, lectures, bench demos and
