Wondering if there is a way to remove the palladium plating on a
pair of titanium earrings I just purchased. I can only wear titanium
in my ears so I’d like to get the palladium plating off the posts.

Without seeing them, my guess is that youve been missold these.
Take them back for a refund.
titanium as such, cannot be plated, most probably the fronts are
titanium, with the posts from base metal plated then flash but
welded to the fronts.
