Hi. i am working with second hand jewelry.
Most second hand items that i work with is structurally 90%. but the finishing looks very worn and old.
What is the best way of mass cleaning, polishing, plating for such case ?

Tumbling in mixed stainless steel shot would be a good place to start. After a few hours of tumbling you can see what’s going to need more serious work. The tumbling can provide amazing results but it won’t make it structurally sound so you need to check for cracks (especially white gold) and solder/replace where needed.
