I can tell you all, for 100% sure- that this kind of leaf is too thin for Keum Boo! BUT, it can be used in enameling with a sgraffito technique popularized by Keith Lewis! If you had other gold scrap it would be worth sending in for refining, but would not amount to much alone.

if you can see thru it it’s gold leaf… very very thin… it’s worth more to someone who works with gilding than melting it down…which will give you practically nothing. Giving it away would be awesome.
