Recommendations for sprue cutter for casted gold jewelry

I am looking to buy a new sprue cutter for jewelry that I’ve casted. Can anyone recommend a good sprue cutter that is under $100 or even better no more than $50?

Buy a bolt cutter at your local hardware store…Rob

I like either of these sprue cutters a lot. They cut a little cleaner than bolt cutters and are under $50. The ones from Rio Grande cut fairly flush. I also use them as wire cutters for thicker wire.

Contenti sells a sprue cutter that I’ve been using a long time. Under $20, comfortable on your hand, cuts flush and in tight spaces. Winner.
