Constance, Seems to me that you can buy pumice powder at a good paint
supply store, maybe even a hardware store like Home Depot. I bought
mine at (the now defunct) ‘Standard Brands’ paint stores years ago.
Pumice is used by Heikki Seppa in his superb book “Form Emphasis For
Metalsmiths”.
