PUK III versus Tack III

Hello to all that read this! Been offline for a while , and miss
Orchid correspondence! But want to see if anyone can give a
comparison about the of a Tack111 pulse welder and the Puk 111& 2
arc welders.

I basically know what they do…just can’t afford both…(hardly
one!) and want to hear from anyone who has used both or either one. A
fellow at Stuller said a friend of his bought a PUK 111 and his tack
welder is gathering dust, but that was from a salesman. If you
respond, kindly hit CC (for carbon copy) when replying and send to:

I am going to try to set up a comparison. I have both the PUK 111
and 2 on loan and I am delighted with them. I am going to try to get
a hold of a Tack 3 to compare the difference. There is a basic
difference in how the welding arc is established between the PUK and
Tack welders I am anxious to find out how that impacts performance.
I will keep you posted

New York some one from Tack etc… was doing fantastic granulation on
gold… with the tack 11. calgang@aol.com
