Propane vs. acyetelen torch

Excuse me if this is a double post, but I never saw the original
post come up and I never got an answer so…here we go again.

I am getting ready to buy a new torch. I have a smith mini
oxy/actyelene, but I find that is too small and hot for what I want
to do. I want to anneal and solder larger pieces. I have used the
aceteylene/air “b” tank, but I found a propane/air “b” tank set up.
I am leaning towards the propane because it is cleaner and easy to
get ahold of, but I was interested in some feedback. Which one, in
your experience, is more versital and functional?

thanks,
Tracey
