Thought I’d throw this one out for the masses. I’m looking for a
small propane forge in good condition. I’d like to try making some
mokume gane billets as well as do some tool forging (ie. knives,
small adzes and bent knives for NW Coast style carving). I’d prefer
a “production” forge as opposed to a home made one. I’ve looked at
Johnson furnaces as well as the highly recommended models by NC Tool
, but they are pretty spendy. Thanks.
