This may be old hat to many of you, but I’ve just put this into place
for myself after many years: I now have two torches at my
fingertips, one with a fine tip and one with a larger tip, the two I
use the most, so that I’m not fiddling with changing the tips for
different applications. I’ve done the same with my handpieces, I have
two, with the two most common disks/barrels/burs etc. attached.
