I am ready to mail my first production order of logo pendants to a
client, but I am not sure how to package it and what to include.
They are a gift shop and have not sold jewelry before. Is it my
responsibility to include display cards to attach the pendants to?
Should I package them in gift boxes so that when they sell one, a
box goes with it? Or are these things the responsibility of the store
owner?
