[Pricing] Jewelry Slides

Hello All!!! I am thinking about offering my services to take
slides of jewelry for people needing slides to get into shows…
and I’m wondering WHAT a good “Rate” is… I have been doing
this as a “favor” but feel I can do it as a FEE now, I’m just
not sure how much… Thanks in advance…Mary

mary - the photographer who does my slides is nationally known in
the field & does the monthly photography column for the top
[fine] crafts industry publication. his fee averages about $6.25
a slide based on a 5 item/piece format. there’s a small extra
fee hardcopies for those wishing to load those shots onto a
computer. hope this gives you an idea of the top fees - ive

photos of my work. Her work is stupendous and you could go to

quality) and contact her about her pricing. I will say ahead of
time, , I am pretty sure she has an undergraduate in Photography
and her work reflects her training - she is painstaking about her
process and I am very happy about what she did with my pieces.
She is also a very nice person and seems to very much enjoy
sharing Found a source for my little tubing bender

but in what state do you have to be we are in the boonies which
is one reason I do my own photograhy (of my husband’s
work) would love to find someone close by for that price. Michele Cooling
