Price drop for Western MA. Jewelry Store

Hi. I am retiring and selling my profitable Main Street retail
jewelry and repair business after building it up for 40 years.

The price WAS $95,000 for a turn-key operation. Now $60,000 will get
you in. Inventory is not included, though all or part of it may be
purchased at very attractive prices. A long term lease is available
from the landlord.

This includes the established flow of business and goodwill
associated with my location which has been a jewelry store since the
1950’s, plus all fixtures, shop equipment, showcases, POS system,
etc.

The store is located in the western Massachusetts town of
Greenfield, by the Connecticut river on I-91 near where Vermont, New
Hampshire and Massachusetts come together.

It is perfect for a bench jeweler, like myself, or a watchmaker, or
anyone with some jewelry experience. We have a number 1 rating from
the JBT because the cash flow is excellent.

I will stay on for a period of time to familiarize the new owner
with the business and provide bench training for the right person.

The price and payment arrangements are flexible depending upon the
sales arrangements.

Please don’t bother inquiring if you have bad credit or bad
references.

You may contact me, Larry, at Larrycountry@gmail.com

PS. The business financials far exceed the requirements for a
commercial loan or an SBA loan assuming that you are credit worthy.
thank you, Larry

I am amazed that there is not a hard working bench jeweler working
for someone who wouldn’t want to relocate to New England and be their
own boss, and make a lot of money, too.

As I have said, I am retiring from my retail jewelry and repair
business after building it up for 40 years.

you in. Inventory is not included, though all or part of it may be
