Hello all, I thought I would change the subject line because I know
at times I skim the subjects, and don’t want Metalliferous seen as
being a “problem”.
I live & work in NYC, and always head over when I need something,
and I have always had great, professional and courteous help there.
Sorry others have had problems (I don’t want to discredit your
complaints), but I have had problems with just about every supplier
from the spectrum of ordering as some point, it happens, and if you
are clear and concise, most times things can be worked out.
I just don’t want Orchid to turn into a clique-y bashing forum.
Don’t want to be on a soapbox either, but just want others to know
that there are people who have had very positive experiences with
them.
