Hello, I am Springfield's only lady trade shop owner and operator (that I know of) Our little town is very competitive so I don't get alot of contact with other craftsmen/craftswomen.
Competitive attitude in our crowd only creates ignorance.
Patience with people helps, sometimes they come around. We do
casting, and I’ve had fellow casters come into our booth, had
pleasant conversations with them, had them paw through our entire
line and buy some stuff, only to be shrieked at (I mean SHRIEKED
AT) to get OUT when I went to visit them at their booth, I’m not
welcome, etc etc. Paranoia runs rampant in this industry. But
welcome aboard, there are nice folks here and tons of helpful
