Folks,
I’ve seen a couple of gorgeous examples of a chain lately that I’ve
narrowed down to a pattern called “Palma.” You can see an example of
it in the Stuller Mountings Book (#28) on page 737. I don’t know if
there’s any other name for it.
Can anyone out there point me to the step-by-step instructions for
hand-making this pattern? The regular “hollow palma” would be fine
(the variations would be icing on the cake). So far, I’ve come up
empty-handed in finding it in the usual sources.
