Paige tips experience

I had a good fortune to be gifted a @PaigeTools tips adapter by a really kind fellow orchid member. I was so excited to try these new tips so I ordered a few of their tips off of the Etsy site.

I got a message from the Etsy store that they wanted me to call them this morning. I picked up my phone and rang them.

I was deeply surprised to find that I was being interrogated about whether or not I was somebody trying to knock off their product and why I was ordering tips when I had not ordered an adapter before. I explained that someone else had given me an adapter, and they were still telling me that they were unlikely to do business with me because I had not ordered an adapter with them.
It would be trivial to order a set of tips with an adaptor if someone was going to the trouble of knocking of this product. It’s such a weird accusation that it’s almost humorous.

In addition, we usually get our mail delivered to a small shed to prevent people from stealing our mail off of the porch. They had looked on Google maps to see if that was true and were insinuating that somehow I was not accurately portraying my mailing address. This is crazy and frankly strange behavior.

They never let me talk and would cut me off every time I tried to talk and eventually hung up on me. I’m hoping that what happened with somebody who was having a really bad day and someone will reach out to me and make this right but you should know that this is not the way we treat our customers.

The tone of anger and resentment that I was presented with was quite remarkable.
Horrible experience. Would strongly suggest not buying tips without an adaptor :joy:.
