what about the idea of having a gallery of Orchid Mailing List
jewelry art? I’m sure all of us could manage to e-mail in a scan
to put up on a page. Just what you need is more work. I sure
would love to see what everyone is making out there with their
wax guns etc…Dave
Dave,
Let’s go for it! I had this idea long ago titled ‘Orchid’s selection
of the week’ which turned into ‘Orchid’s only selection’
Send your scanned work over with 50-100 words to accompany.
Don’t email it to the list! send it directly to me.
Good idea!

Sounds great but how does one go about getting a scanned image?
(“one” does not own a scanner)
Susan: I can do the scan for you, I need a print, or a 35mm slide or
negative or even black and white. You can also get a scan if you’re in a
fair sized city at any computer service bureau (look under imagesetting or
typsetting in the yellow pages). If I do it I need you to mail it to me at
: Dave Stephens, 524 pheasant run drive, Talent, OR 97540. Only SASE will
be accepted…DAve
I have 6 scanned images on the Metal Arts Source Book II but how do I get
them to you… I have a 486 Packard Bell with Windows 95 - All
suggestions greatfully received.
